The company LLC Scientific and Technical Center "AcademStroy" is engaged in the development of production projects, construction laboratory, inspection of the building. It was necessary to automate the process of interaction of all companions, including mobile clients. With the ability to supervise the management of both the internal tasks of the company, and the process of negotiations with customers.
Our work:
Have registered the list of tasks: centralization of all Email correspondence with customers, setting up a shared disk, connecting IP telephony, automatically creating applications coming through the site and telephony with a CRM system.
The next important step is system testing and staff training.
The result of the work done: the employment of employees is displayed on the Gantt chart, all correspondence with customers including telephone conversations are attached to the customer card, the exchange of files between employees is centralized, the management controls the process of working outside the office.

There were three main tasks: automating the work of employees with customers, setting up end-to-end analytics, connecting third-party telephony in the CRM system.
Our work:
We started with the choice of CRM system - it was Bitrix 24, it was most suited to the company's tasks. Thought out the algorithm for the status of the leds, deals. Set up automatic creation of applications from the site (through feedback forms and calls) in the CRM system. Bought affordable phone numbers with city numbers for dynamic CallTracking. Connected the existing SIP telephony. Combined all the above elements in the service through analytics RoiStat.
Leaders and employees were trained.
In the execution of work the entire customer base of the company is processed centrally. The advertising budget is not anymore a "black hole", but a measurable report system in which you can see the consumption and ROMI "up to the keyword" from all the advertising channels: Yandex Direct, Google AdWords, myTarget, offline channels (such as flyers).

Tae Online store for the sale of doors. Works for the whole of Russia. The goal was to integrate both standard applications (for measuring) made in 1C-Bitrix, and order forms (standard functionality) 1C-Bitrix with the system of end-to-end (cross-cutting) analytics RoiStat with a garter of advertising channels YandexDirect and GoogleAdWords.
Our work:
Analyzed all forms on the site of their 4 pcs. We made small changes to the site code. Rooted up RoiStat, advertising channels and 1s-Bitrix. The customer accepted the work, paid for it.
Within 1 week, as was agreed, we observed how the statistics of the data are collected in RoiStat. Everything went well, recorded a video review.
